Using these tips in your pre/post Brazilian can help avoid skin issues:

Pre Brazilian:

• Make sure hair is atleast ¼ inch long

• Lightly exfoliate 24-48 hours before your appt

• Stay out of the sun, avoid tanning beds atleast 24 hours before appt.

Post Brazilian:

• Waxing exfoliates the skin, do not attempt to exfoliate again until a period of 24-48 hours, just for precaution as your skin will be a lot more sensitive.  Exfoliating at least 2-3 times a week is recommended.

• Avoid any type of activity which might irritate, heat, or produce harmful contact with the area by any means for the following 24-48 hours. These activities include the following: working out, tanning, hot bath, hot tub, sauna, touching or scrubbing the area.

• Avoid tight clothes right after the procedure and for the next 24-48 hours. Tight clothing could cause rashes and painful situations. Loose cotton is recommended.

• Do not use any fragranced products around the area, as your pores will be wide open and irritation can occur.

• Recommended after care products: Any REVIVAL or EMINENCE Natural Sugar Scrub can be used.

Before your spray tan session

•Please shave or wax your legs 24-48 hours before your tan.

•Exfoliate THOROUGHLY as well. This will remove dead skin and provide a new, smooth surface for your tan. Exfoliating helps to promote even coverage and lengthens the duration of the tan.

•DO NOT USE DOVE PRODUCTS! (Or any white soaps) Dove soap and Dove lotions leave a film on your skin that directly leads to a blotchy tan.

•Remove make-up, moisturizer (lotion), perfume and deodorant before your application.

•It is recommended that you wear dark, loose fitting clothing. Solution washes out of most clothing very easily but tends to stain nylon and Lycra materials; therefore, dark colored underwear is recommended. I do provide disposable bra & panties if need be.

After care instructions:

•Do wear loose clothing and flip flops. Ditch your bra for at least six hours.

•One/two hour is a light tan, two/three hours a medium tan, three/four hours is a dark tan.

•Make sure when you take your first shower just rinse: do not use any loofahs, soap, or hot water.

•Don’t exercise for at least 24 hours after your tan, the sweat may cause your tan to streak.

•Don't book any hair or nail appointments for 12 hours after your tanning session.

•Don't use soaps and other body products that contain parabens, glycolic alpha hydroxy acids or sodium lauryl sulfates -- they will fade your tan more quickly. Don't use a loofah, puff or wash cloth.

•Do moisturize every day -- morning and night. Also use a moisturizing soap-free body wash to extend the life of your tan
